Outside
The house is set in 5 acres and the gardens are about an acre and include olive trees, fruit trees and a small vineyard.
Running along the south side of the house (accessed through French doors from the kitchen) is a large covered terrace with beautiful views over the hills and also across to the neighbouring farmland.
There are outside tables and chairs which seat up to 14.
The house is surrounded by gardens, with large colourful flower beds.
On the North side of the house, there is a large terrace, perfect for some shade during the day or a sundowner in early evening.
There are comfortable chairs and sofas with a coffee table.
The Pool
Walking up terracotta steps under a Wisteria covered pergola you can access the swimming pool from which you can enjoy beautiful views over the countryside.
The pool is large (12 metres x 6 metres) and is approximately 2.3 metres deep at the deepest point and around 1.5 metres at the other end. There are tiled steps down into the pool at this end and so getting in and out of the pool is easy. As part of the main pool, there is a shallow paddling pool area making it safe for younger children – with adult supervision.
Surrounding the pool are large terraces. There are a number of sun loungers and under the poolside pergola is a large teak table and chairs with cushions which seats 10.
In addition, there is an outdoor shower at the side of the pool.
Next to the pool is a converted grain store perfect for alfresco eating – day or evening…
The pool is not fenced so please supervise your children carefully.
